Identified lapses in Village /Ward Secretariats in using IT -Hardware

  • No proper Earth Connections and Power sockets found at most of the secretariats.
  • Whole Site load giving on our 1 K.V.A UPS. (Capacity is only for 2 Computers)
  • Users are not shutting down the P.C (Maximum Operating system corruption and Hard Disk Drive failure rate is high)
  • Being ONLINE UPS supplied which is supposed to be ON continuously, where user's are turning OFF the UPS in night times (Post Office Hours) and batteries can't get fully charged.

Regarding Service requests

User are directly calling Customer Care number to log a case. This will be treated as a normal consumer call . (Our APTS (P.R&R) is a commercial call and user will get premier support, which includes Operating System Support).
